Our programs are designed to support all demographics within the community, with a focus on enhancing quality of life and expanding future opportunities. By addressing diverse needs across various age groups and backgrounds, we strive to create pathways for individuals to thrive and succeed.

Early Care & Education

MNC offers nurturing early childhood learning environments that embrace the values, home languages, and cultural identities of the children we serve. Our teachers engage children in stimulating, age-appropriate experiences that promote optimal growth and development.

Youth Services

We support young people in their personal and academic growth. From after-school programs providing a safe space and homework help to Safe Haven focusing on career path inspiration and training, these programs aim to empower the youth and provide them with the tools they need to succeed.

Environmental Climate Corps

MNC Environmental Climate Corps is a youth workforce and leadership development program focused on climate action, environmental justice, and community impact. Through hands-on projects and real-world learning, participants explore topics like sustainability, conservation, and green careers—all while earning a stipend and building job-readiness skills.

Youth in the program visit a variety of environmental sites, from public parks and protected natural areas to clean energy facilities and urban green spaces. Along the way, they take part in activities such as tree planting, habitat restoration, waste reduction, and climate education, becoming empowered to make a difference in their own communities and beyond.

In addition to environmental work, participants also build essential soft skills—including how to create a résumé, prepare for job interviews, and develop confidence as future leaders in the workforce.

Family Services

The Family Resources System at MNC consist of two comprehensive Family Resource Centers (FRC) with a multitude of wraparound services to serve the Latino community and is inclusive of all cultural backgrounds.

Healthy Aging and Disability

Our Healthy Aging and Disability Services Program has provided services to seniors and people with disabilities for more than 48 years, meeting the needs of our clients throughout San Francisco.

Housing and Homelessness Prevention

MNC’s Homelessness Prevention program works to identify, assist and provide services to households at the highest risk of losing their housing, by preventing or quickly ending their homelessness. This includes very low and extremely low-income households, and those with leases or informal housing situations.
