Healthy Aging & Disability

Supporting Older Adults & Adults with Disabilities

Our Healthy Aging and Disability Services Program has provided services to seniors and people with disabilities for more than 48 years, meeting the needs of our clients throughout San Francisco. Our participants have the opportunity to socialize with their peers who share the same interests through fun and engaging group activities, congregate meals, educational workshops and various organized classes. From technology and computer literacy to Zumba and Karaoke, MNC offers our participants all they need to feel a sense of community and enhance overall wellbeing.
