Isabel St.Germain
Chief Innovation Officer
Isabel is a creative soul passionate about art, constantly exploring new media to express herself. She finds peace in nature, whether hiking or walking barefoot on the beach and loves the simple joy of early morning bird songs. An animal lover, Isabel’s life wouldn’t be complete without cats and dogs. She dreams of visiting Punjab, India, her father’s homeland, in the near future. Every year between Christmas and New Year, she treats herself to a Godfather trilogy marathon with hot chocolate and popcorn. Music by The Gypsy Kings and Al Jarreau is often playing in the background. Isabel’s curiosity drives her belief that every problem has a solution, fueling her creativity at work and her dedication to one day helping eliminate homelessness.
Aurora Alvarado

One of Aurora’s passions is traveling to destinations that are not so well-known, whether local or abroad. As a food lover, she is always eager to try new flavors and expand her culinary experiences. Aurora cherishes spending time with her family, especially when they’re traveling together. She’s the type of traveler who loves to plan every detail of the itinerary, down to the minute. Recently, she’s become quite attached to her little Shih Tzu, Yoshi, who was originally a gift for her daughter but has completely stolen her heart. Aurora also enjoys arts and crafts, though always wishes she had more time to create! Movies are another one of her joys, particularly those she can watch with her family—especially Disney films. Aurora welcomes challenges in all aspects of her life and loves finding creative ways to solve problems. Faith is central to who she is, and she strives to direct every action of her daily life toward God.
Sebastian Alioto

Sebastian Alioto serves as MNC’s CFO, expertly guiding the company’s financial strategy with a balance of precision, insight, and unwavering dedication. Known for his calm and thoughtful approach, Sebastian combines sharp analytical skills with a deep understanding of the company’s mission to ensure MNC remains financially strong and agile in a constantly evolving market. His commitment to prudent financial planning and innovation has been instrumental in supporting the company’s growth and stability. Outside the office, Sebastian enjoys unwinding with a round of golf, is currently learning to master the piano, and loves spending time outdoors on walks with his dog.

Beiling enjoys the simple pleasures in life—exploring new books, visiting local parks with her family, and traveling across California’s beautiful Central Coast and Valley. Her love for nature and adventure fuels a constant curiosity, and she’s always planning her next trip, with a dream to one day explore Australia’s unique landscapes. Beiling also has a soft spot for classic films, with ‘The Secret Garden’ holding a special place in her heart since childhood—a story of wonder and resilience that continues to resonate with her. Whether she’s reading, mapping out her next adventure, or savoring family time, Beiling approaches life with an infectious joy and a spirit of discovery that touches everyone around her.

Chief Executive Officer at MNC, Richard Ybarra, brings more than just business acumen to the table, he brings a love of life and a diverse range of interests. When he’s not steering MNC to success, you can find Richard in his garden cultivating his green thumb, or cheering on his favorite team, San Diego State University basketball. A proud German Shepherd lover, Richard also enjoys spending time with his loyal canine companions. Music plays a big part in his life, with mariachi and soul music often providing the soundtrack to his days. Known for being a talented dancer, Richard can move to the rhythm with ease, no matter the occasion. Some of his favorite places to unwind include Cambria and Santa Barbara in California, Cape
Cod, and the beautiful islands of Hawaii. Still on his bucket list? Barcelona and Ireland are two destinations he is eager to explore.

When Ana isn’t leading the charge in the office, you’ll likely find her immersed in one of her many creative pursuits —whether it’s reading a captivating novel, writing her thoughts, or practicing the art of hand lettering. Her love for painting and sewing keeps her hands busy, while her passion for decluttering helps her keep things simple and organized.
Ana thrives on meaningful conversations, whether with friends or complete strangers, and she believes deeply in the power of connection. One of her greatest joys is sharing laughter with her sons and leaving a positive impact on the hearts of those around her. A natural listener and a source of warmth, Ana is always seeking ways to brighten someone’s day.
