A core part of the MNC mission is developing strategies and skills that allow the people in our communities to build success.
Targeting youth and unemployed or underemployed adults our programs offer a variety of work, experience, development, training, and education.
Our workforce development programs are a big part of that.
Year Round Program
MNC’s year round program provides job training and workforce development opportunities to disenfranchised young and older adults from disadvantaged neighborhoods in San Francisco. Participants receive support in securing their GED, driver’s license and other wrap around services.
Summer Employment Program
MNC’s Summer Youth employment program provides job training and workforce development opportunities to disenfranchised youth and young adults from disadvantaged neighborhoods in San Francisco.
