Each MNC preschool classroom is staffed by highly qualified and experienced teachers, consisting of a Master Teacher or Lead Teacher with an Associate Teacher. Sites with two or more classrooms also have a Site Supervisor. All our Site Supervisors and Master Teachers have BA degrees in Child Development or in a related discipline with at least twelve units in Early Childhood Education (ECE), possess a California Child Development Permit at the Site Supervisor or Program Director level, and have experience teaching preschool as well as supervising other teachers.

Lead Teachers also have BA degrees in Child Development or a related field with twelve or more units in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and possess California Child Development Permits at the Teacher level or higher. Each Associate Teacher possesses a California Child Development Permit at the Associate Teacher level or higher and has at least twenty-four units in ECE. Many of our Associate Teachers also have AA degrees. All full-day classrooms also have Teacher Assistants with at least six ECE units and experience working with preschool-age children. Part-day classrooms have part-time assistants with ECE units also.
