Workforce Development

Workforce Development programs provide San Francisco’s youth and young adults, ages 16-24 with first-time work experiences while preparing them to enter into a job of their choice and for jobs in construction and the green & clean economy. Most of our participants come from the city’s southeast sector and are at the highest risk of dropping out of school and/or are at risk of gang and criminal involvement.
